When we lived in the apartments on campus, I would get up almost every morning and work out, but since we moved to our house, I don't feel like I have enough time! (weird because we only live 2 1/2 miles from campus!) Anyways, I have not heard of the program that you mentioned, but I will check out the website. It is great to see results, isn't it?
