Suggestions Please!
Being so far from my family right now is a little difficult. I would like to encourage my grandma by doing something, but I wasn't sure what! I sent a card, but I want to do something more. She doesn't need anything right now, so I desire to do something that is helpful to her. I think I have decided maybe food is the answer.
I looked into prepared meals that could be delivered to her, but the cheapest I found on the net was 6 meals for $129 - and that was the sale price! Since that didn't really fit into our budget, I started brainstorming about things I could make & send to her. Here's the hard part - what can stay in a box for 2-3 days & not get spoiled?
I recently got a bread maker through Freecycle, so I've come up with homemade bread & 30-minute dinner rolls. Is there anything else that can be sent via mail that will ship well? Help me be creative!

I can't think of any other food stuff, but have you thought about hiring a local cleaning service to go over and vaccuum & dust or something like that?
I'll have to think about this . . . the only that comes to mind right now is cookies. If you're into bread, what about pizza crusts? You could make them like the store bought boboli kind.
Thanks for the ideas, girls.
