Overal it was a very relaxing & nice trip. We got back on Monday & I still need to unpack my suitcase! At least it's clean clothes since we did laundry before coming home. Oh, well.

So glad you had a great trip! It sounds like you had plenty to do to keep you busy too!!
Isn't so nice to get away...I always love coming home with a suitcase of clean clothes instead of dirty ones. Less to do to get back into the routine of things!
ok, i need to see some pictures of the blonde highlights....i used to have them. but they were wicked expensive (and my attempt at doing it myself ended up with orange hair...literally).
I LOVE TLC! We don't have cable and we don't watch tv at all at home (just movies on our computer's dvd player) so when I visit my mom's house I have a TLC marathon. last time I was there I saw way too may episodes of "What not to wear". :)
Glad you're back home safe and sound!
Sounds like you had a great time with your family. What part of Colorado are you from? I just love the mountains. You don't know how much you take them for granted until you move away. I love coming home with all clean laundry in my suitcase! Glad you are back.
Kelli,
I was born in Denver & lived in Westminster, but then we moved to Loveland & my parents still live there. Most of my extended family is in Arvada & Broomfield. My parents church is Front Range Baptist in Fort Collins.
I totally miss the mountains, but even more--the open space. I love how you can see for miles & miles to the east. Here where we live in PA there are too many TREES!!
Alicia,
We watched what not to wear a couple times too and I've been threatened by my fam & hubby to be put on it. I have a tendency to wear "old lady style" clothes. :) It's a little tough for me to find modesty in younger people looking clothes. I'm working on it though!
Christina,
We did the highlights ourselves & used one bottle of the Herbal Essence highlights. My sisters have lighter hair than I do, but it just looks a little sunkissed-nothing too drastic. Geoff did better when he put red ones in.
