Taking the Plunge

Ready or not, here I go! I’ve decided to sign up with Curves & start working out with a regular routine. I’ll keep you posted on whether or not it works. :) My goal is to lose 7-10 lbs. by the end of February. If I keep my goals small & reachable, I feel motivated to get them accomplished.

Having a plan is a great first step! I am soooooooooo wishy-washy with my exercise routine that I am not making much progress. And paying to attend Curves is motivation too, I imagine. God bless you, and let us know how it goes!

Thanks for the encouragement.
Alicia, I'm using some Christmas money for the joining fee & it's on sale so that helps. But the $35/month are definitely going to keep this cheapskate exercising. :)

Keep up the good work! I am working on making exercise a routine in my life as well. Let me know how it goes!

Good! I've been working out at work--kind of weird, but at least it's free! I hope you can keep at it. My goal is twice a week, but if I can squeeze three, even better! My job as an excercise room with machines. I try to do 30-40 min. of cardio when I'm in there. I figure I'll start hitting the weights when I lose some weight. :)
