Winter Has Come

Winter has finally come to our part of PA! We've been in the 20s & 30s steadily this week after enduring 75 degree weather earlier in January. :) We keep getting an inch of snow here, an inch there. I'm so ready for a huge dump, so I can have a snow day! The Farmer's Almanac said we could get a lot of snow at the end of this month, but they were wrong about January & February, so I'm not getting my hopes up.

Geoff has completed his first week of classes. 14 more weeks to go!!

Since I haven't been posting much, I've been reading much. In one of my blog jaunts around the world wide web, I found this cute idea. http://shalees.blogspot.com/2007/02/50-cheap-dates-idea.html After being married, it's hard just getting together for the sake of being together.

I was so hoping we would get snow Thursday night! I didn't want to go into work on Friday! :)
I'm glad we got some snow today. Our Sat. will be pretty quiet.

Pam, you've only been married for 3 and a half years and you're already struggling with finding a reason to get together? Oh man. Well hopefully this Cheap Date ideas will help y'all to make it happen and rekindle some good lovin' all the same time.

Thanks for linking to it. I can't wait to see some ideas (said she who has been married almost 15 years.)

Liz,
I feel like a kid wanting a snow day so badly. Friday or Mondays work best for me. Love 3 day weekends! :)

Shalee,
With my hubby in seminary, I only see him at dinner time & then bedtime (if I'm still awake). We love cheap dates that force us to get together every once in awhile. :)
