Last night before heading to bed, I realized my throat started feeling scratchy. Hoping it would feel better in the morning, I just went to bed. Unfortunately, it was worse.
Checking out the Weather Channel gave me my answer. Tree pollen: high, Grass: high. Guess that explains the itchy, watery eyes, runny nose, & scratchy throat. And the fact that 3 of us came into work this morning with James Earl Jones-like voices.
I do have to admit, that website is on top of its advertising. Next to the pollen chart, was a large ad for Benadryl. :) I know what I'll be taking tonight.

Can you take Benedryl while you're prego? I sympathize with you and your allergies. I have pretty mild allergies, but Luke has always been pretty bothered by them. This week he's actually been rather clear, but for about a month before, he had a constant runny/junky nose. :(
Yup, you can. :) I have a list of what is allowed from my doctor. Pretty much Sudafed, Benadryl, & Claritin are the main things you can take. Since I had Benadryl in the house, that's what I used.
